Lost your password?FIRST TIME LOGGING IN
In order to login you will need your email address (note this is the same email address as you provided by you on your membership form) as your username. Your membership number increased to eight digits is your password for the first time you login. If your membership number starts 60.17.xxxx then please disregard the ‘60.17’ just use the numbers after. You will need to ‘Pad Out’ the number you have by placing Zero’s (0) before the membership number so the total number of digits on logging in is 8 e.g. 00001089 or 00000089. Once you have logged in you will have the opportunity to change your password to something you can remember, but please make it secure.
